The ultimate animal experience is the most exciting workshop any wildlife fanatic can attend. Enjoy the incredible experience of photographing and hand-feeding the planet’s most beautiful predator, the Tiger. To ensure an undisturbed, intimate wildlife experience, the workshop is held in a Zoo closed to the public.
The Workshop is divided into three parts:
Part one: Over a coffee, we start with a demonstration of the best camera settings needed to help capture the best possible pictures of the animals. You will have 1-1 time to ensure you're ready to go.
Part two: You will be introduced to Steve, a passionate campaigner for the Tiger who will guide us through the whole experience. His knowledge and stories will fascinate you as he discusses the research he's involved in alongside some of the world's leading professors. You will be amazed at his ability to communicate with various animals. In addition to photographing tigers at distances of less than one inch, you’ll be working in an aviary surrounded by more than one hundred parrots and brushing up close to a family of inquisitive meerkats in their sanctuary and a variety of other animals.
Part three: To cap the end to a perfect evening, sessions always end with fish and chips and a Q&A session.
Please note this workshop is only held during the summer months.
Workshop timing: 16:00 – 19:30
Location: Lincolnshire wildlife park, Boston Lincolnshire
By attending the animal experience, you'll be helping the charity with vital research and conservation work to help save the Tiger from extinction.
